Answer:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

We begin with Allah’s blessed name, we praise him and we glorify him, seek his forgiveness and ask him to guide us. Whoever Allah guides, None can lead astray and whoever he misguides, None can guide. There is no power and no strength except from Allah, The most high, the Most great, the most powerful. We bear witness that there is no one worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers. We pray for peace and blessings on all the noble messengers and in particular on the last of them all “the blessed prophet Mohammad (pbuh)”

Dear sister, you have asked multiple questions, so we will answer them one by one.

Your Question: Tell me why we need to ask for forgiveness, Allah has no need whether we ask or not, because it will neither increase his status nor decrease.

Dear sister, seeking forgiveness from the merciful lord will not affect the status of the lord of the worlds . if seeking of forgiveness does affect anyone it is we human beings, verily Allah is Free of all Needs, Worthy of all Praise. Allah says in the glorious Quran:

And said, 'Ask forgiveness of your Lord. Indeed, He is ever a Perpetual Forgiver. He will send [rain from] the sky upon you in [continuing] showers. And give you increase in wealth and children and provide for you gardens and provide for you rivers. Quran [71:10-12]

Seeking forgiveness drive disasters and accidents away, blesses one with continuing showers, righteous children, lawful money, and expanded sustenance, elevates ones rank, erases ones sins, increases ones rewards, in conclusion Asking for forgiveness is the successful remedy for all miseries.

Your Question: Allah knows everything what is going to happen, as he has planned it already, then why he will punish a sinner for his sins. As it is his plan that this person will commit this sin at this time, then why punishment.

Verily, all things have we created in proportion and measure. Quran [54:49]

No misfortune can happen on earth or in your souls but is recorded in a decree before We bring it into existence: That is truly easy for Allah: Quran [57:22]

Dear sister, Allah has given humans the free will, so they can do something or refrain from something, they can either believe or disbelieve, they can either follow straight path or the path of shaitan, they can either obey or disobey these are all ones personal choices, Allah has sent the clear guidance for the mankind to follow, if after such an absolute guidance one goes astray it would be one’s own loss and not the loss done by Allah.

“Allah wronged them not, but they wronged themselves” Quran [3:117]

Allah is all-knowing and just, he does not compel anyone to do sin, Allah knows who amongst His slaves are going to make it to Paradise( through obedience, patience and hard work), and who is to go to Hell Fire . He is indeed the All Wise, the All Knowing.

Your Question: He himself says that it is up to me whom i will bestow with hidayat and whom not., im confused help me.

Indeed, Guidance is in the hand of Allah. If Allah willed, He could guide all of mankind. Allah says in the Glorious Quran:

Say, "With Allah is the far-reaching argument. If He had willed, He would have guided you all." Quran [6:149]

But in His absolute Wisdom, Allah has created Mankind and Jinns with the ability to choose, and He has sent down to us the absolute guidance called ‘Quran’ and the best guide ‘prophet Mohammad (pbuh)’. So whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger will enter Paradise and whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger will enter Hell, as Allah says in the Glorious Quran:

Indeed, [O Muhammad], you do not guide whom you like, but Allah guides whom He wills. And He is most knowing of the [rightly] guided. Quran [28:56]

Allah will guide those who turn to him and obey him.

“While as for those who accept guidance, He increases their guidance and bestows on them their piety.” Quran [47:17]

But whoever disobeys Allah and turns away from Him, Allah will not guide him.

“(part)...Truly, Allah guides not him who is a liar, and a disbeliever.” Quran [39:3]

Whatever direction a person takes, there will be reward and punishment. If one obeys, there will be Paradise and if one disobeys there will hell.

“Whosoever does righteous good deeds, it is for (the benefit of) his ownself; and whosoever does evil, it is against his ownself. And your Lord is not at all unjust to (His) slaves.” Quran [41:46]

In conclusion: A believer should have strong belief in the all-knowing attribute of Allah, for Allah knows what we will never be able to know. Allah knows what has happened and is happening and what is yet to come. Allah knows the believers and the disbelievers, and what they will do, and He knows what their fate will be in the Hereafter. And Allah alone knows the best.

I ask Allah to make this a sincere effort, seeking his pleasure, and I ask him to grant us refuge in him from the evils within ourselves, and that in our deeds. I ask him to grant us success in achieving whatever pleases him; And May Allah Shower His blessings and mercy upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), his family and his Companions and on all those who follow him until the final hour.
