بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
We begin with Allah’s blessed name, we praise him and we glorify him, seek his forgiveness and ask him to guide us. Whoever Allah guides, None can lead astray and whoever he misguides, None can guide. There is no power and no strength except from Allah, The most high, the Most great, the most powerful. We bear witness that there is no one worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers. We pray for peace and blessings on all the noble messengers and in particular on the last of them all “the blessed prophet Mohammad (pbuh)”
Dear sister, Allah has clearly commanded the believing men not to have intercourse with wives during the periods.
Allah Says in the glorious Quran: They ask thee (O Prophet (saws)) concerning women's courses (menstruation). Say: ‘ (that is an Adha) They are a hurt and a pollution; so keep away from women in their courses and do not approach (have sexual intercourse with) them until they are clean. But when they have purified themselves ye may approach them in any manner, time, or place ordained for you by Allah. For Allah loves those who turn to Him constantly and He loves those who keep themselves pure and clean. Quran [2:222]
Narrated by Abu Hurayrah The Prophet (saws) said: ‘If anyone resorts to a diviner and believes in what he says or has intercourse with his wife when she is menstruating, or has intercourse with his wife through her anus: he has nothing to do with what has been sent down to Muhammad (saws)!’ Abu-Dawood [Book 29 : Hadith 3895]
In the above narration a serious warning (he has nothing to do with what has been sent down to Muhammad (saws)!) has been given to those who transgress the limits of Allah by having intercourse with their wives during menses.
The messenger of Allah (pbuh) made it clear that a believer can do anything except intercourse while his wife is experiencing menses. Making your husband happy doesn’t mean that you should allow him to have sex with you while you are in periods, it only reflects your ignorance of the deen of al-Islam
Dear sister, there is no doubt that you have transgressed one of the prescribed limit of Allah, the first and foremost thing that you and your husband should do is to immediately turn back to Allah in sincere repentance for this heinous sin. Plead before Allah for the forgiveness and promise him that you will never repeat it again, and do not despair, for Allah is most merciful and oft-forgiving.
It is indeed prohibited and is a grave sin in the sight of Allah for a husband and wife to have sexual intercourse while fasting in Ramadan. And the atonement for them (individually) is to free a slave, or fast two consecutive months, or feed sixty poor people. And Allah alone knows the best.
I ask Allah to make this a sincere effort, seeking his pleasure, and I ask him to grant us refuge in him from the evils within ourselves, and that in our deeds. I ask him to grant us success in achieving whatever pleases him; And May Allah Shower His blessings and mercy upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), his family and his Companions and on all those who follow him until the final hour.Ask Your Question
