بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
We begin with Allah’s blessed name, we praise him and we glorify him, seek his forgiveness and ask him to guide us. Whoever Allah guides, None can lead astray and whoever he misguides, None can guide. There is no power and no strength except from Allah, The most high, the Most great, the most powerful. We bear witness that there is no one worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers. We pray for peace and blessings on all the noble messengers and in particular on the last of them all “the blessed prophet Mohammad (pbuh)”
Dear sister, Allah has clearly commanded the believers not to have intercourse during the periods.
Allah Says in the glorious Quran: They ask thee (O Prophet (saws)) concerning women's courses (menstruation). Say: ‘(that is an Adha)They are a hurt and a pollution; so keep away from women in their courses and do not approach (have sexual intercourse with) them until they are clean. But when they have purified themselves ye may approach them in any manner, time, or place ordained for you by Allah. For Allah loves those who turn to Him constantly and He loves those who keep themselves pure and clean. Quran [2:222]
The Arabic word "adha" stands both for illness and for uncleanliness. Menses are not only a state of impurity but also of disease. During the monthly period, women are medically nearer a state of illness than of health.
The instructions, "They should be separated" and "Do not go near them", do not mean that the women should be made untouchables during their monthly periods, as they are made by the Jews, the Hindus and some other communities. The Holy Prophet explained that this commandment meant only to prohibit intercourse with them during the menses. All other relations with them may be continued as before.
Narrated by Abu Hurayrah The Prophet (saws) said: ‘If anyone resorts to a diviner and believes in what he says or has intercourse with his wife when she is menstruating, or has intercourse with his wife through her anus: he has nothing to do with what has been sent down to Muhammad (saws)!’ Abu-Dawood [Book 29 : Hadith 3895]
In the above narration a serious warning (he has nothing to do with what has been sent down to Muhammad (saws)!) has been given to those who transgress the limits of Allah by having intercourse with their wives during menses.
The messenger of Allah (pbuh) made it clear that a believer can do anything except intercourse while his wife is experiencing menses.
The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: Do everything except intercourse. Sahih Muslim [Book 3 : Hadith 592]
i want to know that i had intercourse with my wife on her period days but she was just spotting and not on full flow and after intercourse also c was spotting for 1to3 days.but v r worry about it,guide us through it
Dear brother, every women knows her regular days and the period of menstruation; so if that period was her period of menstruation, and you had sexual intercourse with her, then know that you have transgressed one of the limit set by Allah.
Spotting may occur between menstrual cycles. The blood or fluid that is discharged through the vagina is more often than not very minimal and at times can only be droplets of blood.
Dear brother, if one had sex with ones menstruating wife then the first and foremost thing one should do is to immediately turn back to Allah in sincere repentance for such a heinous crime and in addition to that one should also give one or half of dinar in charity.
also b4 v had sex just after her period but c dint had ghusl but bleeding was stopped is it allow.and is it compulsory to cover both spouse body while intercourse.
But when they have purified themselves ye may approach them in any manner, time, or place ordained for you by Allah. Quran [2:222]
Dear brother, it is absolutely obligatory to have full bath after the end of menstruation period, and it is absolutely forbidden to have sexual intercourse with ones menstruating wife until she is not clean i.e. has not performed the ‘gusul’. If in ignorance one has had sexual intercourse with ones wife before she has cleansed herself with a full bath or ‘gusul’ after the menstrual period, then one should turn to allah in sincear repentance.
Dear brother, there is absolutely no ‘satr’ between husband and wife; they can enjoy their conjugal relation the way they want. And Allah alone knows the best.
I ask Allah to make this a sincere effort, seeking his pleasure, and I ask him to grant us refuge in him from the evils within ourselves, and that in our deeds. I ask him to grant us success in achieving whatever pleases him; And May Allah Shower His blessings and mercy upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), his family and his Companions and on all those who follow him until the final hour.Ask Your Question
