Answer:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

We begin with Allah’s blessed name, we praise him and we glorify him, seek his forgiveness and ask him to guide us. Whoever Allah guides, None can lead astray and whoever he misguides, None can guide. There is no power and no strength except from Allah, The most high, the Most great, the most powerful. We bear witness that there is no one worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers. We pray for peace and blessings on all the noble messengers and in particular on the last of them all “the blessed prophet Mohammad (pbuh)”

Narrated NafiIbn 'Umar said, "While the Prophet was on the pulpit, a man asked him how to offer the night prayers. He replied, 'Pray two Rak'ahs at a time and then two and then two and so on, and if you are afraid of the dawn (the approach of the time of the Fajr prayer) pray one Rak'ah and that will be the witr for all the Rak'ahs at which you have offered'." [Sahih Al-Bukhari Vol.1 Hadith No.472]

if someone prays suratul witr after isha, can someone still wake up for tahajud in the last third of the night?,

If one prays Witr in the beginning of the night, and after that Allah enables one to pray late night prayer, then one can pray two by two Rakahs, but one does not have to repeat Witr, because the Prophet (pbuh) said, "There cannot be two Witrs in one night." [Sunan Abu Dawood Vol.1 Chapter 495 Hadith No.1434].

it is a must that tahajud has to come before witr.

It is highly recommended to make witr as ones last prayer.

some times you may decide to pray witr after isha knowing that you may not wake up in the last third of the night but all of the sudden ALLAH helps you and you wake,

If one suspects that one will not be able to perform the prayer in the latter portion of the night, it should be prayed during the early portion of the night (before sleeping), and there is absolutely no harm, if one has performed the witr prayer and then wishes to do some more, he may do so but he is not to repeat the witr.

or you may not pray witr knowing that you will wake up for layl and add witr, but all of the sudden you do not wake up.

Nevertheless, considering the possibility of losing witr, the Prophet advised some of his companions not to sleep until they had performed the witr prayer in order to be on the safe side.

Ahmad and at-Tabarani record with a hasan chain that the Prophet sallallahu alehi wasallam would perform the witr prayer in the morning [if, for some reason, he had missed it during the night].

Generally speaking, there is a difference of opinion over what time missed witr may be made up. The Hanafi school holds it should be performed during those times in which it is not forbidden to observe prayers. The followers of Shaf'i say that it may be made up during any time of the night or day, while according to Malik and Ahmad a missed witr prayer is to be made up for after the dawn. And Allah alone knows the best.

I ask Allah to make this a sincere effort, seeking his pleasure, and I ask him to grant us refuge in him from the evils within ourselves, and that in our deeds. I ask him to grant us success in achieving whatever pleases him; And May Allah Shower His blessings and mercy upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), his family and his Companions and on all those who follow him until the final hour.
