Question & Answer

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

We begin with Allah’s blessed name, we praise him and we glorify him, seek his forgiveness and ask him to guide us. Whoever Allah guides, None can lead astray and whoever he misguides, None can guide. There is no power and no strength except from Allah, The most high, the Most great, the most powerful. We bear witness that there is no one worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers. We pray for peace and blessings on all the noble messengers and in particular on the last of them all “the blessed prophet Mohammad (pbuh)”

Allah says in the glorious Quran:

And one of His signs is that He created mates for you, that you may find rest in them, and He envisaged between you love and compassion ... QURAN[ 30:21]

They ask you about the (women’s) monthly courses. Say, “It is a state of impurity; so keep apart from the women during their monthly courses and do not approach them until they are clean. When they have cleansed themselves, then you may go to them in the manner ordained for you by Allah. Most surely Allah loves those people who refrain from evil and keep themselves pure and clean. QURAN[2:222]

It is He Who has created man from water: then has He established relationships through blood and (through) marriage: for thy Lord has Power (over all things). QURAN[25:54]

The all-wise creator has created humans not in one sex but in two (man and women) sexes, both sexes have been created with different physical structure, different mental, psychological qualities, different emotions and desires. But despite these differences Allah has placed love and affection In between them, with which they are attracted to each other. The physical and psychological demands of the one match squarely with the physical and psychological demands of the other (but they can enjoy each other only in the bond of marriage). The all-wise creator has also allowed the union of the two sexes in the sacred bond of marriage, after which they can enjoy their conjugal relation. In this sacred bound there are few things that are haram or forbidden when it comes to sexual relationship and everything that which is not listed as haram is considered legal according to Islamic principal. And the forbidden or haram things are:

1. It is strictly prohibited to have sexual intercourse with one's wife during her period of menstruation.

2. It is strictly prohibited to enter the woman through her anus.

3. Oral sex (where by one touches ones spouses private part with ones mouth).

Narrated An-Nu'man bin Bashir: The Prophet said "Both legal and illegal things are obvious, and in between them are (suspicious) doubtful matters. So who-ever forsakes those doubtful things lest he may commit a sin, will definitely avoid what is clearly illegal; and who-ever indulges in these (suspicious) doubtful things bravely, is likely to commit what is clearly illegal. Sins are Allah's Hima (i.e. private pasture) and whoever pastures (his sheep) near it, is likely to get in it at any moment." SAHIH AL-BUKHARI[VOL:3, BOOK:34, HADITH:267]

There is absolutely no mention of ‘oral sex’ being legal or forbidden either in Quran or in hadith. However Islamic scholars have given their opinion against the ‘oral sex’, according to their opinion this act is impure and is more close to haram than to halhaal. And mouth is a place from where Quran or other Dhikr are recited must not be used to touch such unclean places.

Allah Says in the glorious Quran: Those who follow the Messenger, the ‘Ummi’ (unlettered) Prophet (Mohammed (saws)) whom they find mentioned in their own (Scriptures); in the Law and the Gospel; for he (Prophet Mohamed (saws)) commands them what is just and forbids them what is evil:he allows them as lawful what is ‘tayyibaat’ (good and pure) and prohibits them from what is ‘Khabaayith’ (bad, evil and impure); He releases them from their heavy burdens and from the yokes that are upon them. So it is those who believe in him, honor him, help him, and follow the Light which is sent down with him: it is they who will prosper."QURAN [7:157]

Thus getting involved in oral sex or swallowing of sperm are per se impure and forbidden acts. A believer should fear Allah and should abstain from these acts. However if the husband and wife want to use the words like ‘FUCK’, they are at absolute liberty.

If one rubs ones private organ against anything while one is in full control of one’s actions, then this is called masturbation. And Allah alone knows the best.

I ask Allah to make this a sincere effort, seeking his pleasure, and I ask him to grant us refuge in him from the evils within ourselves, and that in our deeds. I ask him to grant us success in achieving whatever pleases him; And May Allah Shower His blessings and mercy upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), his family and his Companions and on all those who follow him until the final hour.
