Is prophet hayat in qabar? as said by qazi imran sahib (sheikh-ud deen from darul uloom bilalia Srinagar kashmir ) he also said that if any darood is sent that reaches to prophet(saw) in the same wording?
Answer:
بسم
الله الرحمن
الرحيم
We begin with Allah’s blessed name, we praise him and we glorify him, seek his forgiveness and ask him to guide us. Whoever Allah guides, None can lead astray and whoever he misguides, None can guide. There is no power and no strength except from Allah, The most high, the Most great, the most powerful. We bear witness that there is no one worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers. We pray for peace and blessings on all the noble messengers and in particular on the last of them all “the blessed prophet Mohammad (pbuh)”
Dear brother, Allah has many best and perfect attributes and one of the exclusive attribute of Allah is that, he is ever-living, ever-lasting, and there is absolutely no one(no idol, no person, no wali, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, absolutely nobody and nothing whether living or non-living) in the universe sharing this attribute with Allah, as Allah says in the glorious Quran:
And call not besides Allah on another god. There is no god but He. Everything (that exists) will perish, except His Own Face. To Him belongs the Command and to Him will ye (all) be brought back. QURAN[28:88]
According to the above verse of the glorious Quran, everything that exists (any creation of Allah, whether humans, animals or trees, whether living or non-living things) will perish except Allah. And every soul will taste death, regardless whether he is a prophet or anyone else. As Allah says in the glorious Quran:
Every soul shall have a taste of death: and only on the Day of Judgment shall you be paid your full recompense. QURAN[3:185]
Allah commanded our beloved prophet (pbuh) to convey to the people that he is no more than a human being, sharing all the attributes of a human, except that he is chosen as a messenger, a Warner for the people by Allah :
Say (O Prophet) : "I am but a 'bashar' (human) like yourselves (but) the inspiration has come to me: that your Allah is one Allah: whoever expects to meet his Lord, let him work righteousness, and in the worship of his Lord admit no one as partner." QURAN[18:110]
Thus if anyone has a belief that anyone or anything in the creation of Allah is ever-living or everlasting then without an iota of doubt, one is involved in the grave sin of shirk.
Our beloved prophet Mohammad (pbuh) died a natural death in medina in his wife Hadrat Aisha's house and was buried in that house.
It is reported from Aisha that Allah's Messenger (saws) died while Abu Bakr was at a place called As-Sunah (Al-'Aliya). Umar stood up and said, "By Allah! Allah's Messenger (saws) is not dead!" Umar (later on) said, "By Allah! Nothing occurred to my mind except that." He said, "Verily! Allah will resurrect him (saws) and he will cut the hands and legs of some men." Then Abu Bakr came and uncovered the face of Allah's Messenger (saws), kissed him and said, "Let my mother and father be sacrificed for you, (O Allah's Messenger (saws)), you are good in life and in death. By Allah in Whose Hands my life is, Allah will never make you taste death twice."Then he went out and said, "O oath-taker! Don't be hasty." When Abu Bakr spoke, Umar sat down. Abu Bakr praised and glorified Allah and said,
"No doubt! Whoever worshipped Muhammad, then Muhammad is dead, but whoever worshipped Allah, then Allah is alive and shall never die." Then he recited Allah's Statement.:
"(O Muhammad) Verily you will die, and they also will die." Quran(39:30) He also recited:
"Mohamed is no more than a Messenger. Other Messengers have already died before him. If then, he (saws) also dies or is slain, will you turn about on your heels? Remember, he who turns about on his heels, will do no harm at all to Allah. Of course, Allah will duly reward those who live as His grateful servants." Quran(3:144) SAHIH AL-BUKHARI [vol: 5, book: 57, hadith: 19]
This proof will be sufficient to eliminate any doubt what so ever from the minds and hearts of any believer who fears Allah.
Thus the above hadith suffices to be the proof without any doubt that our beloved prophet Mohammad (pbuh) died in medina in his wife Hadrat Aisha's house, and in Islam one is buried only when one is dead.
Q. if any darood is sent that reaches to prophet(saw) in the same wording?
"Allah and His Angels send blessings on the Prophet: O ye that believe!
Send ye blessings on him, and salute him with all respect." QURAN[33:56]
Allah's sending His blessings on His Prophet" means this: Allah is very kind to His Prophet: He praises him, blesses his work, exalts his name, and showers His mercies on him.
"`Blessings of the angels" means: "They love the Prophet most dearly and pray to Allah to bless him with the highest ranks, cause his religion and Shari'ah to flourish and exalt him to the laudable position. "
Thus Allah commands The believers to send blessings and greeting to the beloved prophet(pbuh).
Narrated by Abu Humaid As Saidi
The companions asked, "O Messenger of Allah! How shall we (ask Allah to) send blessings on you?" The Messenger of Allah (saws) replied, "Say: O Allah! Send Your Mercy on Muhammad and on his wives and on his offspring, as You sent Your Mercy on Abraham's family; and send Your Blessings on Muhammad and on his offspring, as You sent Your Blessings on Abraham's family, for You are the Most Praiseworthy, the Most Glorious."
SAHIH Al-BUKHARI [Vol: 4, Book: 55, Hadith: 588]
Narrated 'Abdur-Rahman bin Abi Laila:
Ka'b bin 'Ujra met me and said, "Shall I give you a present? Once the Prophet came to us and we said, 'O Allah's Apostle ! We know how to greet you; but how to send 'Salat' upon you? He said, 'Say: Allahumma Salli ala Muhammadin wa 'ala Ali Muhammadin, kama sal-laita 'ala all Ibrahima innaka Hamidun Majid. Allahumma barik 'ala Muhammadin wa 'ala all Muhammadin, kama barakta 'ala all Ibrahima, innaka Hamidun Majid."
SAHIH AL-BUKHARI[Vol: 8, Book: 75, Hadith: 368]
(O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as You blessed the family of Ibrahim, and give baraka to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as You gave baraka to the family of Ibrahim, in all the worlds. You are worthy of Praise and Most Glorious)."
Narrated AbuHurayrah:
The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: If any one of you greets me, Allah returns my soul to me and I respond to the greeting.
ABU DAWOOD[Book 10 : Hadith 2036]
Narrated AbuHurayrah:
The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: Do not make your houses graves, and do not make my grave a place of festivity. But invoke blessings on me, for your blessings reach me wherever you may be.
ABU DAWOOD[Dawud :: Book 10 : Hadith 2037 ]
So when any one recites darood (or greets him) on the beloved prophet Mohammad (pbuh), then no doubt that darood (or greeting) is made to reach our beloved prophet Mohammad (pbuh), by the will and permission of Allah because All Power (to make any dead person hear) is vested in Allah Alone. We don’t know how Allah sends the Prophet (pbuh) the salutations that the believers send on him as these are the things of the ‘unseen’… and Allah Alone has the knowledge of the 'unseen'! As for the powers of Allah, they are unlimited. He can even make the stones to hear. But Allah also says that there is no likeness between a dead and living person. So the knowledge of how our daroods are sent to beloved prophet(pbuh) is only with allah.
Allah Says in the Glorious Quran:
Nor are alike those that are living and those that are dead. Allah can make any that He wills to hear; but thou canst not make those to hear who are (buried) in graves. QURAN[35:22]
And Allah alone knows the best.
I ask Allah to make this a sincere effort, seeking his pleasure, and I ask him to grant us refuge in him from the evils within ourselves, and that in our deeds. I ask him to grant us success in achieving whatever pleases him; And May Allah Shower His blessings and mercy upon our beloved Prophet
Muhammad (pbuh), his family and his Companions and on all those who follow him until the final hour.
