Husband forcibly had sexual intercourse with his wife while fasting in Ramadan?
Since it is prohibited for husband and wife to have sex while fasting, but if the husband forcibly did sex with his wife then does the fast of women remains or not, and who will be guilty in the sight of Allah?

We begin with Allah’s blessed name, we praise him and we glorify him, seek his forgiveness and ask him to guide us. Whoever Allah guides, None can lead astray and whoever he misguides, None can guide. There is no power and no strength except from Allah, The most high, the Most great, the most powerful. We bear witness that there is no one worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers. We pray for peace and blessings on all the noble messengers and in particular on the last of them all “the blessed prophet Mohammad (pbuh)”
It is indeed prohibited and is a grave sin in the sight of Allah for a husband and wife to have sexual intercourse while fasting in Ramadan. And the atonement for them (individually) is to free a slave, or fast two consecutive months, or feed sixty poor people.
Narrated Abu Huraira:
While we were sitting with the Prophet a man came and said, "O Allah's Apostle! I have been ruined." Allah's Apostle asked what was the matter with him. He replied "I had sexual intercourse with my wife while I was fasting." Allah's Apostle asked him, "Can you afford to manumit a slave?" He replied in the negative. Allah's Apostle asked him, "Can you fast for two successive months?" He replied in the negative. The Prophet asked him, "Can you afford to feed sixty poor persons?" He replied in the negative. The Prophet kept silent and while we were in that state, a big basket full of dates was brought to the Prophet . He asked, "Where is the questioner?" He replied, "I (am here)." The Prophet said (to him), "Take this (basket of dates) and give it in charity." The man said, "Should I give it to a person poorer than I? By Allah; there is no family between its (i.e. Medina's) two mountains who are poorer than I." The Prophet smiled till his pre-molar teeth became visible and then said, 'Feed your family with it."

But if the husband forcibly does sexual intercourse with her wife then the whole burden of the sin will be on the husband, And the husband's atonement of this grave sin will be to free a slave, or fast two consecutive months, or feed sixty poor people. And wife will be deemed absolutely innocent of the sin and she must make up this fast on another day of the year or she may feed one poor person for this missed fast.
In both the cases the fast of both husband and wife will be invalid.
And Allah alone knows the best.
I ask Allah to make this a sincere effort, seeking his pleasure, and I ask him to grant us refuge in him from the evils within ourselves, and that in our deeds. I ask him to grant us success in achieving whatever pleases him; And May Allah Shower His blessings and mercy upon our beloved Prophet
Muhammad (pbuh), his family and his Companions and on all those who follow him until the final hour.
