Racism in kashmir

A/A, is not it racism that a section of muslims community claim them selves superior than others, like we take the example of the muslim from syed, qadri, bukhari dynosty, who claim they are superior than other like malik, sheik, dar... etc. casts. I want your openion in this matter?

Answer:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

We begin with Allah’s blessed name, we praise him and we glorify him, seek his forgiveness and ask him to guide us. Whoever Allah guides, None can lead astray and whoever he misguides, None can guide. There is no power and no strength except from Allah, The most high, the Most great, the most powerful. We bear witness that there is no one worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers. We pray for peace and blessings on all the noble messengers and in particular on the last of them all “the blessed prophet Mohammad (pbuh)”

The Believers are but a single Brotherhood: So make peace and reconciliation between your two (contending) brothers; and fear Allah, that ye may receive Mercy. QURAN[49:10]

O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise (each other). Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And Allah has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things). QURAN[49:13]

In the above verses of the Quran Allah clearly says that the believers constitute one brotherhood (means, all of them are brothers in Islam), and this brotherhood is created from single pair of a male and a female, and made this brotherhood into nations and tribes, so that they may know each other. And if two parties among the believers fall to fighting, then make peace between them both.

Thus every believer is equal in the sight of Allah, I.e. no Arab is superior than non-Arab, no non-Arab is superior to Arab and no White is superior than Black, no Black is superior to white and no dynasty is superior to other.

However one who is most righteous and is strong in taqwa is the one who is superior or greater in honour to others in the sight of Allah, and this honour is achieved by a believer, and is not something that is assigned to a believer on the basis of race, family, country, language etc. but on the basis of taqwa, righteousness.

O people! Your God is one and your forefather (Adam) is one. An Arab is not better than a non-Arab and a non-Arab is not better than an Arab, and a red (i.e. white tinged with red) person is not better than a black person and a black person is not better than a red person, except in piety. Narrated in Mosnad Ahmad, [#22978]

Thus from the above guidance of Allah and his messenger (pbuh) it is clear that there is no room for racism in Islam, Islam teaches us that all believers are brothers, and are born with equal status, no superior & no inferior. And the only quality that differentiates one from other is 'piety' and the one who is most pious is the one most honorable in the sight of Allah.

Now if some people (syed, qadri, bukhari etc.) from the Muslims community claim to be superior to other, are simply doing a sin, and are against the teaching of Allah and his messenger (pbuh). And Allah alone knows the best.

I ask Allah to make this a sincere effort, seeking his pleasure, and I ask him to grant us refuge in him from the evils within ourselves, and that in our deeds. I ask him to grant us success in achieving whatever pleases him; And May Allah Shower His blessings and mercy upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), his family and his Companions and on all those who follow him until the final hour.
